Richard Trocino

As President and Chief Executive Officer of both Hospice, Inc. and Hospice Foundation, Inc., Rich is fully committed to fulfilling Hospice's mission "…to enhance the quality of living…" to our patients and their families while preserving our rich tradition of service excellence that Hospice is known for during the past 25 plus years.

Rich's association with Hospice is a long one, having volunteered his services on the Board of Directors, as Board Treasurer, as well as on Board Committees for over 17 years before his recent appointment as President and Chief Executive Officer in 2006.

Rich brings a wealth of business management skills, having retired from international Technical Services and corporate Quality management for Texaco and Chevron Corporations for over 33 years. He also served as adjunct professor for Marist and Mount St. Mary College. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Marist College, a Masters of Arts in Physical Organic Chemistry from SUNY New Paltz and Master of Business Administration studies from Marist College.

Rich has also been active at the Board level in many other local not-for- profit organizations and Professional Societies throughout his career. Rich and his family are life long residents of the Mid-Hudson Valley.
