STATUS: Full Time (40 Hours Per Week)
HOURS: Monday - Friday. 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
FUNCTION: Responsible for the development and implementation of a Quality Assessment/Performance Improvement (QAPI) program. Ensures compliance with the professional standards, Hospice Medicare Conditions of Participation standards, federal and state regulations, JCAHO standards and NYS practice acts. Responsible for the professional development and education and goal setting of the QAPI program.
EDUCATION: Bachelors Degree required. Masters Degree preferred. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Valid NYS RN License.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of at least five (5) years demonstrated competence and administrative management in a leadership role in a health care organzation.
