RN CASE MANAGER

STATUS/HOURS: Full Time (Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm) Plus Back Up On Call Rotation (Includes Weekends)
FUNCTION: Provide case management and nursing services to Hospice, Inc. patients and their families and to ensure that those services are consistent with the philosophy, goals, objectives and policies of the Agency.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: NYS RN License. Minimum 2 years nursing experience. Minimum 1 year med/surg experience. Experience in Hospice, community health or oncology preferred. Reliable transportation and valid NYS Drivers License required.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Hospice, Inc. is currently seeking a Chief Financial Officer to manage its financial operations and resources. This individual will work with the CEO, COO and Board of Directors in setting goals and objectives; participate as a strategic partner in the development of Hospice's plans and programs; evaluate and advise on the impact of long-range planning, introduction of new programs/strategies and regulatory action; oversee the Finance Department in providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports and trends.
QUALIFICATIONS: Masters Degree in Accounting/Finance or a Certified Public Accountant; demonstrated knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles; experience in healthcare financial management required; computerized accounting system proficiency.
